# Terms and Conditions ## Introduction Welcome to DreamAim. By accessing or using our website, products, services, or APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”, “you”, or “your”) and DreamAim (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). --- ## Services DreamAim provides digital solutions, including but not limited to: * WhatsApp Business API services * Automation and chatbot solutions * Marketing and communication tools * API integrations * Business management services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. --- ## Eligibility By using our services, you confirm that: * You are at least 18 years old. * You have the authority to enter into this agreement. * You will use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. --- ## Account Registration To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: * Provide accurate and complete information. * Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. * Accept responsibility for all activities under your account. DreamAim is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. --- ## Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to use DreamAim services for: * Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. * Sending spam, phishing messages, or malicious content. * Violating WhatsApp policies or third-party platform rules. * Transmitting harmful software, viruses, or malware. * Harassing, abusing, or harming others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. --- ## WhatsApp Business API Usage By using our WhatsApp Business API services: * You agree to comply with all WhatsApp Business policies and Meta guidelines. * Message templates and campaigns must follow applicable regulations. * DreamAim is not responsible for account bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by Meta or WhatsApp due to policy violations by the user. * Users are solely responsible for the content they send through the API. --- ## Payments and Billing * All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. * Pricing may change at any time without prior notice. * Taxes, duties, or applicable government charges are the responsibility of the customer. * Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. --- ## Refund Policy As enabling a Business Management API account incurs external costs to us, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Users are encouraged to request a demo and fully evaluate the service before purchasing. --- ## Cancellation Policy Users may request cancellation of services at any time. However: * No refunds will be provided for cancelled services. * Cancellation does not waive any pending payment obligations. --- ## Intellectual Property All content, software, branding, logos, designs, APIs, and materials provided by DreamAim are the intellectual property of DreamAim unless otherwise stated. You may not: * Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our services without written permission. * Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our systems. --- ## Privacy Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy. --- ## Data Security We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for: * Securing their login credentials. * Maintaining backup copies of their data where necessary. --- ## Third-Party Services DreamAim may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as: * WhatsApp Business API * Meta platforms * Payment gateways * Cloud hosting providers We are not responsible for outages, failures, policy changes, or damages caused by third-party services. --- ## Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: * DreamAim shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. * We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, profit loss, or service interruptions. * Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in the previous 30 days. --- ## Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamAim, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: * Your use of the services. * Violation of these Terms. * Violation of third-party rights or policies. --- ## Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services without prior notice if: * You violate these Terms and Conditions. * Required by law or regulatory authorities. * Your activities pose a risk to our platform, infrastructure, or reputation. --- ## Modifications to Terms DreamAim reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
